She understands how to figure out what her client wants and then to meet those needs. She also helped me with luggage when the stairs were a bit too much for me. I enjoyed the trains I took as well and the other cities I visited, especially Kosice, Banska Stiavnica and the Danubiana museum outside of Bratislava. Everyone
